Training for Life is a US-based company. Every shirt is printed here in the USA — with printers in Florida and Texas — by real people, in real communities. We currently ship within the USA only.
Will I get a tracking number for my order?
Your gear is on its way — and we'll make sure you know it. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking email with everything you need to follow your package right to your doorstep. No guessing, no waiting in the dark. Just your TFL order, coming home.
What materials are your products made of?
We made these shirts to be worn — really worn. Through workouts, rest days, early mornings, and everything in between. Every tee is crafted from materials that feel great against your skin and are built to go the distance with you. Since fabrics vary by style, you'll find the full details right on each product page.
