Welcome to Training For Life. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Training For Life — a brand built for every body. We operate this store and website to give you, our community, the best possible shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which helps us make that happen.

We put real care into how we represent our products — but screens can vary, and colors or details may look slightly different on your device than in person. We appreciate your understanding on that one.

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. Training For Life reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order isn't confirmed until we've accepted and processed your payment — so take a moment to review everything before you hit submit, because we may not be able to cancel once it's accepted.
If something changes on our end, we'll do our best to reach you at the contact info you provided. Returns and exchanges are handled in line with our Refund Policy.
Your purchases are for personal use only — not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 — PRICES & BILLING
Prices, promotions, and discounts can change without notice. The price you see when you place your order is the price you'll pay — and you'll see it confirmed in your order email. Taxes, shipping, and handling are added separately unless stated otherwise.
We ask that all payment information you provide is accurate and current. You're responsible for ensuring your payment goes through and that all charges are honored.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We do everything in our power to get your order to you on time — but once it's in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines are estimates and outside our control. We're not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or anything else beyond our reach. Once your order transfers to the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you.
SECTION 6 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything you see on the Training For Life site — our name, logos, designs, graphics, slogans, and content — belongs to us and is protected by U.S. intellectual property law. You're welcome to browse and shop, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Training For Life and all related names, logos, and slogans are our trademarks. Please treat them that way.
SECTION 7 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may give you access to third-party tools as part of your experience. These tools are provided as-is — we don't monitor or control them, and we're not liable for anything that happens when you use them. Use them at your own discretion.
We may also roll out new features and tools down the road — when we do, they'll fall under these same Terms.

Training For Life is powered by Shopify — but every sale you make is directly with us. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase, including any injury, damage, or loss related to our products. By using our store, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your transactions with Training For Life.
